This service is intended to support and automate intracompany workflows through WhatsApp messaging and related web services. It may be used for workflow prompts, reminders, approvals, acknowledgements, status updates, escalations, and other operational communications connected to internal business processes.
The service is intended for authorised business and staff use. You may use the service only if you are authorised to do so and only for lawful, legitimate, and work-related purposes connected to the intended operation of the service.

This service is not intended for emergency communications and does not provide access to emergency services, emergency service providers, or public safety answering points. It must not be relied upon for urgent or life-critical communications.
Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and deleted in connection with the service.
The service may process and store message content, phone numbers, identifiers, delivery or read events, workflow records, technical logs, and related operational data as needed to operate, secure, maintain, support, audit, and improve the service.
The service may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, networks, or third-party platforms.
Reasonable measures may be used to protect the service and related data, but no service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available. Users are responsible for using the service appropriately and protecting any credentials or devices under their control.
Except where otherwise stated, the service, its design, software, content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and other proprietary rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time if necessary for security, maintenance, operational, legal, policy, or compliance reasons, or if misuse is suspected.
